Apply to be a vendor at the 2024 Holiday Market at Petco Park!

After a one-year hiatus, the Holiday Market at Petco Park returns to the newly renovated Gallagher Square for a fourth year! We will be featuring multiple vendors, magical lighting displays, holiday characters, live music, and more! We welcome all local vendors to apply! Vendors will be reviewed and confirmed by the end of July.

 

Anticipated Event Dates / Times (subject to final confirmation)

Vendor Load-in: Monday, December 2, 2024

Event dates: December 3-28, 2024 (Specific dates/times TBD. Date pattern is typically Thursday – Sunday, and open the entire week of Christmas.)

Vendor Load-out: Sunday, December 29, 2024

 

Vendor Info:

This application is for both retail and food vendors at the 2024 Holiday Market at Petco Park. All approved vendors will be “rented” a market hut – either 12’x8’ or 8’x8’ in size. Approved vendors are responsible for hut staffing each day, for all event hours.  Specific placement of each hut will be defined closer to the event. In terms of expected attendance, we can never guarantee numbers, but our last Holiday Market had roughly 45,000 in attendance, for reference!

 

What’s Provided:

–         Rented hut (includes 4-sided structure, with roof and countertop)

–         Basic interior lighting

–         Hut sign (no logos)

 

What You’ll Need to Bring:

–         Festive décor for the interior of your hut

–         Additional lighting, if needed!

–         Lock (to secure your hut each night)

–         Product display

–         Storage (shelves, etc.)

 

Rental Rates (2024 flat fee):

–         $1,500 – 12’x8’ hut

OR

–         $750 – 8’x8’ hut

 

Additional Charges:

–         Power (estimate $200 for 20-amp)

–         Parking ($150/spot for all dates)

–         $1,000 damage deposit (will be returned post-event if no damages are incurred and no late arrivals/early departures are reported)

–         The Padres will collect 10% of gross sales for profit exceeding the hut rental.

 

Insurance:

All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to the event. Food vendors will need to provide all necessary health permits.
